Do you take pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment?As a Housekeeper / Hostess with ISS UK, you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our NHS clients. This role is vital in supporting patients, staff, and visitors, and that’s why we look for individuals who bring warmth and a strong sense of responsibility.As a Housekeeper / Hostess, you’ll be at the heart of the patient experience, ensuring that meals are served with care, ward areas remain clean and safe, and high standards of food hygiene and infection control are always upheld.From supporting daily mealtimes to carrying out specialised cleaning tasks, your work will help create a positive environment where patients feel comfortable and supported.You’ll be working in both patient and non-patient areas, sometimes in sensitive or challenging situations, but always with professionalism, compassion, and respect.The Role
  • Create a positive experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
  • Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Deliver housekeeping and hostess services to high standards, complying with schedules, policies, and service agreements
  • Ensure meals and beverages are served at the correct temperature and presentation, completing necessary records
  • Maintain and restock supplies, ensuring availability and, where required, assist with menu choices and ordering
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner on all Company and Trust premises
