La Fosse seeks a highly motivated and experienced People Operations Lead to join their team. This role will oversee all aspects of people operations, including People administration and data analytics, policies and processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance.   • You will own the People Operations roadmap and lead on key projects to build our infrastructure, technology stack, third-party support, and all core HR policies and processes globally.
  • You will oversee the delivery of our end-to-end operational People processes, including contract management, screening and right-to-work compliance, reward and incentive management, offboarding, etc.
  • You will manage our global payroll processes and activities in close collaboration with the Finance team and third-party providers, supporting any audit requirements such as annual p11D.
  • Working collaboratively with our Head of Legal, you will act as the guardian of our global employment law compliance, ensuring we not only act by the local labour law but also the principle and intent.
  • You will be accountable for all People data, ensuring data integrity/compliance and delivering impactful and actionable analysis and reporting.
  • In partnership with our People Partners, you will develop and implement People policies and procedures across global locations to support the business as it scales.
  • Evolving our global benefits offering from competitor research to execution of new benefits to ensure we’re leaders in our industry.
  • You will lead all employee benefits programs, including pension enrolment and administration.
  • You conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • You stay curious and updated on best practices and trends within people operations.
  • You will manage and develop a People Operations Coordinator to support implementing the People Operations strategy to enhance the overall employee experience at La Fosse.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations role
  • Experience building and delivering an outstanding People Operations service in a similar-sized business.
  • Experience operating across multiple sales service lines, with previous experience of commission schemes.
  • Deep knowledge of the HR technical agenda with a sound understanding of international legal frameworks and best practices.
  • Sound business understanding and commercial/organisational savvy.
  • Experience managing HR administration and payroll processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other leading HR software solutions and services.
  • Grit and resilience to navigate the uncertainty, ambiguity, and the pace of change.
  • Curious mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable with data and data analytics.
