- Working collaboratively within a team to manage and progress complex legal cases.
- Representing clients in employment tribunals and court hearings.
- Providing HR and corporate support.
- Drafting and dealing with a range of non contentious employment law matters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Contributing to the development of the firm's employment law strategy.
- Participating in business development activities and events.
- A background in respondent Employment law gained from a regional, national or international law firm.
- Strong academics.

- An estimated salary range of £66,000 - £75,000 per annum.
