£11.44 - 11.44 per hourNewstaff Recruitment Agency in Letchworth is currently looking for a Trainee Labourer/Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Letchworth.Trainee Labourer/Warehouse Operative in LetchworthLocation: LetchworthSalary: £10.42 per hour (increasing to £11.44 in April)Hours: 6 AM – 3 PM, Monday to FridayMust hold a valid UK Drivers LicenseKey Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks.
Support the sorting, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
Learn and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and a willingness to engage in physical labour.
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work from 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday.
No previous experience is required - full training will be provided.
