I’m currently working on behalf of a Training Provider looking for a qualified and passionate English Tutor to join their high-performing team.This is a permanent, part-time teaching role focused on delivering both GCSE and Functional Skills English to learners in Luton, with flexibility for admin from home.What You’ll Be DoingDeliver engaging and effective English lessons (GCSE & Functional Skills)Tailor sessions to individual learner needs, supporting their confidence and progressionComplete and review Individual Learning Plans with SMART targetsCollaborate with vocational teams to improve learner retention and successCarry out assessments and ensure all admin meets awarding body requirementsInspire learners to see maths differently and prepare them for work or further studyAbout the RoleYou’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking English & Maths division, delivering sessions that inspire learners and help them build confidence in maths – a vital stepping stone to their next stage in life or work.Working pattern:1 full day onsite (8:30am – 4:30pm)2 hours admin (flexible/home-based)What They’re Looking ForTo be considered, you’ll need:A 2+ years’ experience teaching GCSE or Functional Skills EnglishA Level 3 English specialismA recognised teaching qualification (min.
