ISSCompliance ManagerLocation: Croydon, CR7 7YEHours of work: 37.5Contract Type: PermanentWe are recruiting a Compliance Manager to join our team at Croydon University Hospital.Acting as the number two to the Key Account Manager, this role offers a clear progression path for someone looking to step up into senior FM management.You will play a key role in monitoring and reporting performance across all FM services, ensuring contractual and operational standards are consistently met.Job DescriptionOn a day-to-day basis, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for collating and interpreting data, producing accurate reports, and working closely with Operations and Service Managers to drive improvements.This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills to develop their career within ISS, with excellent prospects for progression in a supportive and well-connected environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure site compliance at all times
  • Monitor and check audit scores
  • Manage health and safety requirements
  • Produce client and H&S reports
  • Oversee and manage the Helpdesk service
  • Present reports confidently to stakeholders
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a compliance-focused role with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with experience in report writing and analysing management information
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels
  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to react quickly to challenging situations
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to learning with a positive attitude to change
