- Training pathways towards Mental Health, Educational Psychology, or Therapeutic Services
- Deliver targeted academic and behavioural interventions, 1:1 and in small groups
- Lead and support learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff and therapists
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education and behaviour plans
- Foster emotional regulation, independence, and positive engagement in learning
- HLTA Status (Level 4 or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in specialist settings
- A calm, reflective, and proactive approach to behaviour and communication support
- A genuine interest in professional development and SEN best practice
- SEN Teacher (via QTS/QTLS pathways)
- Pastoral Lead or Inclusion Manager
- SEND Coordinator (SENCO)
- Further study in Education Leadership, Trauma-Informed Practice, or Specialist SEND Support
- Ongoing CPD, coaching, and internal training are built into your role to ensure you're constantly growing, supported, and progressing.
