Customer centric service focus is delivered through a site-level empowered culture.At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspired!We are now looking for Class 1 Drivers on Days to join our Team at Great Bear Harworth on a Full time and permanent position.Job DescriptionShift: Monday-Friday 04:00amSalary: £38,247 per annum - £14.01 per hour.Overtime: x 1.5 of the hourly rate - Effective once weekly contracted hours have been worked.
  • Ensure correct and thorough completion of paperwork
  • Observe and adhere to company rules and procedures, including all aspects of health, safety and hygiene
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of operations within the transport department
  • Maintain a high standard of behaviour and appearance
  • Effectively manage own working time in line with the Road Transport Directive
  • Adhere to tachograph rules and regulations at all times
  • Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed in line with company procedure
  • Responsible for unit and trailer, including temperature checks
  • Make deliveries to customers’ premises, acting in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications
  • Minimum of recent Class 1 Driver - 1 year is essential for this position.
  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Conscientious and reliable
