The Change Analyst will work together with business and IT teams
You will ensure the overall change quality and effectiveness: including proper planning,
scheduling, level of approval and risk/ impact is provided and understood by all parties
prior to the implementation of changes to our production environments.

best practice and process are adopted.Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the end-to-end change lifecycle and identify process
- Identification and allocation of relevant change approval
- Conducting & verifying post-implementation reviews, investigating issues arising out of change implementation.
- Participate in internal end to end-user groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and business processes
- Reporting of change to both internal and 3rd party management teams
- Facilitation of Change Approval Board (CAB) and Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) reports & minutes.
- Participate in internal and external audit
- Process training of new Change Management users
- Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process
- ITIL awareness, certification will be an advantage
- 2 Preferably 2+ years of working in an IT environment
- Experience of using JIRA
- Strong analytical capabilities, highly organised and excellent relationship
- An open and adaptable attitude
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong command of spoken and written English
