In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of the digital concessions team's critical path, whilst upholding all internal and third-party partner BAU processes.Reporting to the digital concessions manager, you will support them in trading successfully with third-party partners. You will have the ability to build effective relationships with key partners to drive trade and will support the team with quarterly partner meetings.ABOUT THE TEAMIt’s never been a more exciting time to consider an opportunity with our wholesale, franchise and licensing team.   • Build effective working relationships with partners to drive trade
Support management with quarterly partner meetings to discuss trade and opportunities, and show partner ranges
Create seasonal critical paths and work with assistants to execute product launches, manage product data and imagery deadlines, and communicate launch risks to management and the business
Manage planning and preparations for key seasonal activity, including promo and sales.
Analyse partner trade performance on a weekly/monthly basis including promo/sales performance, presenting this to management in weekly meetings
Manage the daily priorities and deadlines of the assistants, delegating tasks effectively and communicating weekly priorities to management
Support management to review and improve departmental processes
Support management with executing the training of new starters on the department
Support the marketing team to provide product nominations for partner marketing activities, working with the assistants to identify marketing opportunities across partner websitesWHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
  • Previous e-commerce merchandising / trading experience – preferably relevant to third parties
  • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong numerical background and enjoys collating data analytics
  • Commercially aware with strong trading focus to maximise sales and profit opportunities
  • Display forward thinking to ensure we are ahead of the curve always
  • Able to demonstrate sound decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and proactively drives own standards, development and business goals
  • A team player with the ability to cultivate an engaging and collaborative environment.
  • Flexible with ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines
