- A graduate engineer with at least 2 years' experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on, proactive, and genuinely passionate about lean.
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis expertise.
- Solid experience applying lean tools (5S, 7 Wastes, time & motion, root cause analysis).
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across multiple UK manufacturing sites.
