Labour Hire are looking for an experienced ADMIN ASSISTANT for a well-established company in LEIGH.About You:

  • Experience using Auto Cad/Wincan/HADDMS/OX19x are desirable but not essential as training will be provided'.
About the role:
  • Office hours are between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, however we would look for a flexible approach.
  • Rate: £11.44 per hour.
  • Collating / analysing technical information and reporting to the Management Team.
  • Liaising with suppliers, assisting in resolving queries and ordering stock.
  • Maintaining quality systems and processes.
  • Filing and general ad-hoc administration duties.
  • Sending and monitoring emails.
  • Answering the telephone and liaising with other departments within the business.
  • Planning and delegating jobs to operatives, prioritising emergencies, and chasing paperwork.
  • Creating reports with updates on jobs to send to our clients.
  • Working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork and reports are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing live CCTV footage and processing footage via different client portals.
  • Uploading/downloading CCTV footage from camera units and various web portals.
  • Using bespoke software in order to produce Survey Reports.
  • Logging camera issues with the Operations Manager and keeping track of maintenance repair/costs.
  • Parking available.
