Economics Analyst - Rail

- A relevant degree (economics, maths, transport economics, etc).
- Expertise in railway and transport economics.
- Expertise in using and applying the UK Department for Transport's Transport Analysis Guidance (TAG, formerly WebTAG) and/or using and applying the Irish Department of Transport's Transport Appraisal Framework (TAF).
- Experience in the use of computer analysis programmes, common to the rail sector. For example, MOIRA, MOIRA2.2, ATTune, Planet, R, Stata.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality project work.
- Ability to contribute to successful tenders for work.
- Highly numerate and competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Team leadership and line management experience.
