We particularly encourage applications from disabled candidates.Main duties of the jobOffer consultations from the mobile unit setting & explain to clients the principles of Stop Smoking Services so that theycan make an informed choice to stop smokingExplain what the service offers (Nicotine Replacement Therapy, Medications & Vape as well as weekly behavioral support) and enable client to choose best option for their tailored serviceManage conflict effectively either in a group setting or with individual clients.The advisor may potentially be required to work with complex health needs in relation to behaviour change.Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.To actively participate in promotional and campaigning events like No Smoking Day or Stoptober across the yearAbout usSolutions4Health are an innovative company with a passion and a track record for tackling health inequalities.   • Flexibility to work across Oxfordshire
  • Speak, write and read English clearly and fluently
  • Motivated and friendly individual with the ability to communicate to all people in the community

  • Relevant IT Skills
