The OpportunityThis position requires support for sites across Farnborough, Winnersh and Chineham. Our client is home to multi-sites that combine business and community.We are looking for a Relief Security Officer who has extensive security experience, specifically in a multi-tenant role. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and are also effective when dealing with anti-social behaviours.You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be an integral part of the security team.Your duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Full foot and vehicle patrols of the extensive luxury site
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour
  • Report writing and gathering intelligence data
  • Attending call-outs and identifying key issues, including potential threats
  • Working closely with third parties such as, local police, retailers and organisations linked to the site
  • Supporting with building a community partnership
Full in-house training will be provided.Essential Skills and Experience
  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Valid SIA CCTV Licence
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
  • Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
  • Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
  • Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
