- Environment Health and Safety Risk, general and including, but not limited to, Fire, Business, Operational loss, Security and site safety
- Support the EHS Manager AGP - UK in legal and compliance matters. Support plant EHS/H&S manager implementing and maintaining EHS and Risk policies and procedures
- Management of site Environmental legal compliance and systems including but not limited to - PPC - UK-ETS - E-PRTR - ISO 14001
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations (waste, emissions etc)
- Timely and accurate completion of EHS reports and documentation.
- Complete internal EHS standards audits and action plan for identified improvements
- Liaise with departmental teams to assist with EHS improvements in their areas
- Participate in technical audits of the alternate Ardagh facilities to support problem resolution, continuous improvement and best practice
- Experience of Environment &/or Health & Safety work, preferably in manufacturing industry
- IEMA Qualification (desirable)
- NEBOSH Certificate (Desirable)
- Working knowledge of glass plant production process (desirable)
- Ability to adapt to changes in EHS and Risk both by the business and legislatively, understand the company needs and efficiently deliver
