Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Please visit our website:Job DescriptionWorking alongside project delivery teams as part of our wider Performance & Reporting management team or independently with reach back support to experienced performance & reporting professionals, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tailoring reporting processes to meet the client's needs and aligning with best practice.
- Deliver to performance and reporting management plans for our clients based on project requirements, maturity, and best practice.
- Implementing, administering, and maintaining reporting systems and procedures to track project controls performance.
- Working with the Integrated Project Team to establish a robust, integrated, well structured, accurate Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the change control process.
- Roll out reporting calendars to ensure a consistent drumbeat of performance data and sufficient time to assure and analyse outputs.
- Work with project controls to define requirements and data flows for information management systems and supporting our digital teams in their implementation.
- Lead the development, analysis and maintenance of corporate datasets.
- Developing project performance reports and dashboards, providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders and management to support effective decision making.
- Training and coaching clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
- Experience undertaking reporting activities in a project or programme environment.
- Demonstrable track record in identifying reporting and data requirements and documenting these using the appropriate types of tools and documentation is essential.
- A project controls related qualification (e.g. Project Planning & Controls)
- An understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting and performance reporting and analysis is desirable.
- Awareness of some Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys etc)
- Experience in using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
- A basic understanding of how other aspects of Project Controls (Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Control) interact with Reporting
