- Deliver one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs.
- Assist class teachers in adapting lessons and resources.
- Celebrate children's achievements while promoting confidence and independence.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
- Help create inclusive and engaging classrooms.
- Experience in schools, youth work or care settings would be an advantage.
- Empathy, resilience and a patient approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Possess an Enhanced child DBS or willingness to get one through Randstad.
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
