Now Hiring: Commissioning Engineers – Automation Systems – MidlandsWe're looking for skilled Commissioning Engineers to support final delivery of automated material handling systems across UK sites. You’ll play a key role in bringing systems to life, ensuring they run safely, smoothly, and exactly as planned.What You’ll Do:

Commission automation equipment (conveyors, shuttles, cranes, etc.)
Test and validate PLC, SCADA, WCS/WMS integrations
Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and performance validation
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/software issues
Work with Test Managers, System Integration Managers, and client teams
Log and resolve issues (e.g., using Jira), manage re-tests
Ensure health & safety compliance on-site

What You’ll Need:

Strong hands-on experience in commissioning automation or material handling systems
Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA, and system messaging
Familiarity with WMS/WCS, ideally SAP or similar
Comfortable with electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
ECS/CSCS card required for on-site work
