We are also open to Students and Graduates.Role Overview:As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the role of supporting classroom learning by overseeing lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Your main responsibilities will include:- Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively- Maintaining classroom behaviour and ensuring a respectful atmosphere- Collaborating with teaching stage and school personnel- Assisting students with their work and queries- Upholding school policies and guidelinesRequirements:- Strong behaviour management skills (based in warmth, consistency and positivity)- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their learning- Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments- Desire to contribute to the school community- Ability to handle classroom situations with confidenceWhy Protocol?
