The RoleThis firm is now in search of a Commercial Property Partner to join their thriving team in their West End office.Commercial Property is at the forefront of all the work they do and this role will involve working with other highly experienced Partners, all with the same goals - you'll find a highly collaborative environment where you'll be supported to achieve success.
The team handles a broad range of quality matters including; advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.
The successful candidate can work towards full equity in the short term. Fixed share equity will be on the table from day one. The practice can offer a lot of work from in-house so the Partner would not need to come in with a following. The role offered is a hybrid one, but first 2 weeks would expect candidate to be in the office full time to settle in. After this, 2/3 days remote will be a very realistic option for the candidate.
The firm has a very busy commercial property department, so there will be a caseload to come into and bolt onto your own business development efforts. You will work alongside a busy and leading Partner in this field, and support one another to grow the department in both turnover and notoriety.Requirements
