- Support the individual to become as independent as they can, making their own choices and decisions
- Paid induction training: classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
- Additional learning disabilities, autism and mental health training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of our customers and enabling you to provide tailored, personalised support. Training delivered by our amazing registered nurse Debs.
