· Coordinate and track employee training, medicals, and Sentinel compliance
· Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring full compliance
· Maintain accurate records and databases across multiple systems
· Arrange meetings, training sessions, and medical assessments
· Prepare reports and updates for divisional leads and senior management
· Assist in streamlining and improving administrative processesExperience required for this Administration & Coordination Assistant role:· Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration or coordination
· Background in Rail, Construction, or compliance-driven sectors
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Strong organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with databases, document control, and GDPR complianceDesirable:· In-depth knowledge of Network Rail Sentinel standards (compliance)
