- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the electrical teams, including solar PV installers.
- Developing and managing work schedules for teams under your supervision.
- Supervising and managing subcontractors involved in the projects.
- Ensuring all installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, with sign-off at QS level.
- Handling all DNO applications.
- Conducting surveys and preparing quotations for commercial and large-scale Solar PV projects.
- Conducting project reviews and addressing any non-conformances.
- 5 years of experience in Solar/PV installation projects.
- Previous experience in people management.
- Electrical NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Certification in BS2391 Inspection and Testing.
- Driving Licence
