** Winner of the Kings Award for Enterprise 2024! **The stunning Glencoe House Hotel is looking for a permanent F&B Assistant. You will be working a minimum of 35 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.This is a guest-facing position; we seek candidates who are passionate about guest service, possess problem-solving skills, and take pride in their work. Prior experience with Resdiary and Lightspeed systems is preferred, but not required.What’s in it for you?

Glencoe House, built by Lord Strathcona in 1896, sits majestically overlooking Scotland’s most famous Highland landscape. The stunning property has been lovingly restored and contains two distinctive concepts, both of which offer elegant but relaxed and sumptuous suites.Duties and Responsibilities:· Serve breakfast and dinner promptly.· Greet and serve guests according to hotel standards, providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.· Keep the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation through the department.· Communicate with head of department & team and share feedback from guests.· Always maintain a positive and proactive attitude.. Understand and follow all health and safety guidelines regarding food allergens within a menu.
