What you'll be working:
  • In the summer holidays (July and August) we have hours Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm
  • From September this position is maternity cover only and will be the below hours:
  • Wednesday and Thursdays (3pm-7pm)
  • Plus alternate Saturdays (9am-2pm)
  • Plus note the above hours are for term time and in the school holidays will change to Wed & Thurs (10am-4pm) and alternate Saturdays (9am-2pm)
What you'll be doing as a Children's Support Worker:
  • Supporting our clients with daily activities
  • Supporting their care plans to establish routine
  • Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
  • Personal Care
  • Administrating medication (if required)
What you'll have:
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
