For the right individual, this role offers real progression potential, including the opportunity to work towards partnership.The RoleAs a key member of our family law team, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of private family law matters from initial instruction to conclusion. Your duties will include:Managing a diverse caseload covering:Divorce and separationChild arrangements and parental responsibilityFinancial remedy proceedings, including division of assets and spousalmaintenancePre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreementsCohabitation agreements and disputesNon-molestation and occupation ordersConducting legal research and staying up to date with legislative changesDrafting legal documents and correspondence, including statements, applications, and court bundlesPreparing cases for court and representing clients at hearings when appropriateAdvising clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalismDeveloping strong client relationships built on trust and understandingWorking collaboratively with colleagues and support staffContributing to business development and marketing efforts as neededIdeal Candidate ProfileWere looking for a confident and motivated fee earner who takes pride in delivering high-quality legal services.
