Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceAre you a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with additional needs? We are looking for a compassionate 1:1 TA to provide personalised support to a Year 2 pupil in our friendly primary school in Waterlooville.✨ The Role:You will work closely with the child, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. Your support will be vital in fostering their confidence, independence, and academic progress.✅ Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored one-to-one support for the child with additional learning needsAssist with learning activities both inside and outside the classroomHelp develop social, emotional, and behavioural skillsWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and parents to meet the child’s needsMaintain records and contribute to monitoring progress🌼 About You:Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary settingPatient, empathetic, and proactive approachGood communication and teamwork skillsRelevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential🎁 We Offer:A supportive and inclusive school environmentOpportunities for training and developmentA rewarding role making a real difference
