The Systems Support Manager will provide an assurance to senior management in the support and delivery of the critical business systems including MRI Housing Enterprise Classic and Web, Income Analytics and Mobile Inspector, collectively known as Housing Management System (HMS) and the internal Customer Management System (CMS).The Systems Support Manager will lead a team that is a critical element in the support and delivery of HMS. This team is key to the maintenance of the current system, incident management, fix testing, release testing, relationships and communication with MRI and control and review of documentation supporting the system. It is a single point of failure for many critical business processes.REQUIREMENTS:
1.i) Hold a degree level qualification (level 6) or equivalent AND have a minimum of at least 3 years relevant* experience
OR
ii) Hold a level 5 qualification in project management or business management or other relevant related subject AND have a minimum of at least 4 years relevant* experience
OR
iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have a minimum of at least 5 years relevant* experience*Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the duties and level of responsibilities set out in the job description for this role.Candidates must include dates to demonstrate the required years’ experience in the questions above.APPLICATION PROCESS
