– Opportunity to network and collaborate with skilled professionals across the sector, broadening your horizons.What you will do:– Conduct in-depth Pre-birth Assessments with families, aiming to facilitate newborn babies being safely discharged to their parents’ care.
– Take on a protected caseload of up to 10 families, working closely with them to inspire and maintain positive change.
– Progress Child Assessments to Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) Plans for unborn babies, ensuring their wellbeing from the start.
– Support families post-birth, providing guidance whether on a CP or CIN plan.
– Collaborate effectively with our partner agencies such as Birmingham Women’s Hospital, community midwifery teams, and Family Support Services to safeguard each child’s future.
– Initiate care proceedings when determined unsafe for the newborn to return home.There has never been a more thrilling time to join our team as we celebrate our GOOD Ofsted status.
