- Project Planning & Execution:
- Work in conjunction with the workstream leads/Project Management team for the maintenance of the workstream plans, driving updates, chasing outstanding activity and movement to critical path activity/milestones.
- Ensure planning standards are maintained and adhered to across multiple project phases. Successful tracking and maintenance of workstream deliverables and critical path.
- Drive the planning standards utilizing Smartsheet, ensuring these are adopted and the plan is regularly maintained in readiness for governance forums.
- Governance & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Project Managers and Workstream leads, providing day to day support on activities aligned via the ERP Programme Governance.
- Work with the Programme Leads and PMO Lead to govern through gating deliverables. Tracking of key deliverables through reviews, audit trails through to sign off.
- Stage gate preparation with alignment via PMO Lead for pre gating reviews, deliverable and evidence sign offs.
- Manage weekly status reporting, taking inputs from the workstreams, driving consistency of reporting across the workstreams using PMO reporting standards.
- Preparation of the Governance forums packs, agendas and meeting logistics : Weekly Status meeting, Project Board / Steering Committee, Design Forum.
- Resource & Stakeholder Management:
- Support cross-functional resource reviews, ensuring resource allocation meets demand or support escalation.
- Help and support the resource management process, ensuring the tracker is maintained and fit for purpose outputs are available.
- Change & Communication Planning:
- Support the change control process including impact assessment and sign-off internal to the project.
- Change control process escalating items, where required to be presented at the Design Forum, to the Programme PMO Lead that require review and discussion.
- Governance & Oversight:
- Maintenance of Programme SharePoint / Teams site to ensure standards are met and are aligned to document management approach. Ensure business readiness and minimal disruption during go-live phases.
- Drive the weekly reporting for milestone updates, driving standards and consistency back into Programme planning activities.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Own and manage the programme RAID process, driving scheduled meetings for updates with the Workstream Leads, Business Lead & Programme Lead. Providing updates into Programme level reporting to the PMO Lead
- Help and support the change control process including impact assessment and sign-off internal to the project.
- Change control process escalating items, where required to be presented at the Design Forum, to the Programme PMO Lead that require review and discussion.
