- Be responsible for staff recruitment, training and management in their store, along with appraisals and staff discipline
- Creating a positive and friendly working environment where team members enjoy working for the
company and are encouraged and resourced to develop is a key to a Store Manager's role
- Ensure that the company's stock management procedures are implemented and adhered to by their teams.
- Seeking out commercial opportunities within local area
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office
- Lead well by example, driving sales, stock and KPI performanceThe successful candidate:
- Senior Management experience
- Will have strong people and time management skills.
