As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our caring team, supporting residents with their daily routines and encouraging independence, dignity and wellbeing. You’ll provide hands-on care tailored to individual care plans, help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, support residents with nutrition, and build meaningful relationships that brighten their day. Your kindness and attention to detail will create a truly homely and supportive atmosphere for everyone.What We Are Looking For
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred but not essential
- Ideally, some experience in care, though we welcome those with transferable skills and a passion for caring
- A genuine interest in working with older people and a commitment to delivering excellent care
- A team player with integrity, compassion, and strong communication skills
