and be the key player in ensuring that our customers enjoy the perfect cup of espresso every time. Your technical expertise combined with a commitment to exceptional customer service will make you an invaluable member of our organisation.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on multiple brands of coffee equipment, primarily La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino espresso machines and Mahlkonig grinders. Also maintain and repair other coffee-ancillary equipment such as hot water boilers and brewers.
  • Good knowledge of the inner workings of café equipment including espresso machines, grinders, boilers and brewers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to come to the best solution, with
customer satisfaction being paramount.
  • Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, clearly explaining technical issues and proposed solutions.
  • Managing time efficiently to ensure jobs are done on time and promptly.
  • Job will often
be completed outside of regular office hours (9am – 5pm), where you will have the opportunity to take
time back in lieu or overtime available.
  • Provide tips for extending the lifespan of espresso machines to customers through proper cleaning and care.
  • Report issues or customer concerns through the Customer Care Manager or Senior Technician, ensuring the Account Manager is looped in, as required.
