You will need to be an ambitious Maths Teacher who has been acknowledged as a 'Good' or better teacher out of observations and can keep up the school's rapid improvement. This post requires a Maths teacher who has the skills to show a thorough understanding of the curriculum and possesses strong behaviour management and a reflective approach to teaching.
