🏡 Provision: Children’s Residential Home (Ages 7-17, EBD & Mild Learning Difficulties) - This is a New home for an established provider.
⏳ Hours: Various on 36hour or 48hour contract
💰 Salary: £27,144 - £36,192 base 8-10 sleep-ins/month (£52 per sleep)
💰 Potential take-home: Up to £41,184 per annum🔹 About the RoleAre you an experienced Residential Support Worker looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you already a Senior Practitioner seeking a new challenge?As a Senior Childcare Practitioner , you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD) . You will be a role model, mentor, and key worker, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for the children.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation with a strong Ofsted “Good” track record and a commitment to achieving Outstanding ratings.✅ What We’re Looking For✔ Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent – see below) or enrolled on.
✔ Experience working with children in residential care or similar settings
✔ Ability to manage challenging behaviours and create a nurturing environment
✔ Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
✔ Fluency in English (with the ability to understand UK dialects)💡 Alternative Qualifications Considered:
