They have a vacancy for a residential conveyancing solicitor with experience of the following:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
  • Deferred charges and equity releases
  • Registrations
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership
