They're tackling food waste head-on by partnering with UK growers and getting food into the hands of consumers in smarter, more sustainable ways. And now, they're looking for a Category Manager to help make a difference and drive the next stage of growth.Role responsibilities:Take ownership of category reviews, promotional performance and range analysis, delivering actionable insight that shapes strategy.Use data (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, retailer systems) to build compelling stories that land with major UK retailers.Partner with Sales, Marketing and NPD to shape innovation pipelines and support sell-in.Present confidently to retail partners, championing the category and identifying growth opportunities.Play a key part in building a values-led brand with sustainability at its core.Candidate criteria:A proven Category Manager (or strong Exec ready to step up) with Fresh Produce experience. Ideally 3+ years.Strong with data but just as strong in front of customers - articulate, commercial, and able to influence.Collaborative by nature, confident presenting, and motivated by working in a purpose-led, fast-paced environment.Why join?
