Key Responsabilities
  • To publish monthly crew rosters and circulate to appropriate vessels
  • To act as point of contact for all crew travel requirements
  • Ensure all crew training and travel is arranged in accordance with Crew Travel Policy
  • Ensuring the minimum manning for company vessels is adhered to always.
  • Ensuring compliance with company SMS with regards to crew certification.
  • Formulating rosters and ensuring that ship manning requirements are maintained.
  • Manning the 24 hours duty resource planner on a rotational basis.
  • Populate daily Crew Administration System
  • To manage the property leases and tenancy maintenance issues and be the main point of contact for either Condor personnel or the letting agent/landlord and furnish where appropriate for the Officers housing.
  • To book hotel accommodation for operational crew should it be necessary.
Qualifications/knowledge/skills :
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of creating crew rosters
  • Understanding of STCW

In 1985 the first service linking the Channel Islands with the UK was launched and since then Condor Ferries has operated a year-round service connecting the UK, Guernsey and Jersey and the port of St Malo in France.
