  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify process requirements and stakeholders.
  • Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE.
  • Develop engaging training content, including classroom courses, online learning modules, simulations, quick reference guides, and assessments.
  • Evaluate SAP users’ knowledge levels and assist with training impact assessments.
  • Host on-site and off-site training events, run drop-in sessions, and provide floor-walking support for end users.
  • Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications teams to ensure seamless deployment.
What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience as an SAP user, with extensive knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Modules.
  • Extensive experience in training creation and delivery.
  • Expertise in creating simulation-based training content.
  • Preferred experience with SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align teams and ensure training adoption.
