*Adapting classroom tasks and materials to suit a variety of learning needs
*Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans
*Encouraging independence and confidence in children with SEN
*Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingWe're Looking for Someone Who:*Has previous experience working with children with SEN as a Learning Support Assistant
*Understands strategies to support a wide range of additional needs
*Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
