Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our production team with the addition of reliable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Operatives.The Role:
As a Hand Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products or components by hand to precise specifications. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll ensure that each item is completed to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed hand assembly of small componentsFollow written instructions, drawings, or diagrams accuratelyConduct basic quality checks during and after assemblyMaintain a clean and organised work areaWork efficiently to meet daily targetsWhat We’re Looking For:Good manual dexterity and attention to detailPrevious experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is desirable but not essentialAbility to work well in a team and follow instructionsA positive attitude and willingness to learnBenefits:Regular day shifts – no evenings or weekendsFull training providedOpportunity for progressionCompany pension schemeFree on-site parkingHow to Apply:
