- Providing clear, proactive advice and support to tenants and leaseholders regarding their rights and responsibilities
- Responding to enquiries and effectively resolving issues related to tenancies, leases, service charges, and occupancy
- Playing a key role in fostering strong relationships with residents, ensuring their voices are heard and actively involving them in shaping the services and communities they live in
- Monitoring the condition of properties and communal areas to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and overall upkeep, ensuring residents enjoy a well-managed and secure living environment
- Responding promptly to reports of anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes, conducting thorough investigations, facilitating mediation, and taking appropriate enforcement action in line with policy and procedures
- Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies and support services to ensure residents receive appropriate assistance, including safeguarding, financial support or wellbeing services
- Collaborating with colleagues across service areas to support the organisation in meeting its compliance obligations, including fire safety, water hygiene, gas safety, and data protection
- Working closely with administrative colleagues to complete a range of tenancy management processes
- Proven experience of undertaking a similar role
- Prior experience of delivering high quality tenancy services
- Excellent skills in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing solutions
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent customer service and negotiating skills
- Proven experience of good practice resident involvement activities
- NVQ Level 3 in relevant area though may not be essential if you have relevant experience
- An understanding of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice
- Occasional travel may be a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving license is essential

- Role salary is £34,531 (rising to £36,348 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
