This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product discovery, commercial impact, and user experience and who's passionate about transforming financial workflows through AI and automation. You will own the vision and direction for the product working closely with stakeholders in in GTM, Engineering and other functions to define business cases.You engage in research that aligns with our broader strategic goals to gain market & customer insights and connect that to the execution in Product Engineering.You will guide and mentor Product Owners so they, together with the team get a solid understanding of our customers, their business and their problem space to ensure solutions are developed with the best product-market fit and a sound business model.You are the evangelist of your product area and have a keen sense of what's possible with AI & automation in financial workflows.We're looking for a dynamic team player who leads with authenticity, embraces constructive conflict, and consistently delivers sustainable value.   • Customer engagement: Build relationships with a broad variety of clients across our industries, geographies and sizes. Understand their challenges, opportunities and how technology can transform their work
  • Gain market & customer insights: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and research that aligns with broader strategic goals to gather and analyze data-driven insights ensure
  • Set product strategy and goals: Set out the product strategy by defining key personas and what their key objectives are for them and their organization to be successful. Ensure creative and outcome driven use of automation technologies, including generative AI to define the future of work for financial applications users
  • Roadmap and Business case definition: Developing, prioritizing and presenting the roadmap to leadership and customers and defining the supporting business cases,
  • Roadmap development: Collaborate on delivery planning with Engineering, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure the success of our products and manage expectations around them
  • Commercialization approach: Ensure alignment between release activities and strategic objectives and gather insights from release performance for future innovations
  • Leadership: show product leadership and enthusiasm and mentor the people involved in the development, sales and delivery
  • Compliance: work closely with the team of Local and Industry Product Managers to ensure compliance with accounting standards and geography and sector-specific regulations
  • Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success
QualificationsQualifications
  • Knowledge of the industries relevant to our product(s): Retail, Logistics, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and driving measurable outcomes
  • Strong empathy for end users and focus on delivering value to customers
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights and inform decisions
  • Ability to define a clear product vision, prioritize features, and create detailed roadmaps aligned with company goals
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to effectively connect with business and technical stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of financial applications
Preferred
  • Experience with mid-market ERP platforms
  • Experience with integrating AI/ML or automation into enterprise software products
  • Background in finance/accounting or experience working with finance teams in services industries.
