- Qualified Teaching Status in the UK (QTS) - Essential
- Experience in a UK primary classroom
- Have high expectations for pupil's behaviour and achievement
- Have a clear commitment to school improvement and interpersonal skill to engage the wider community
- UK Driving License - this is essential due to the location of the school
- Total flexibility over working days and locations
