  • Delivering and managing a high-quality, specialist pharmacy service for oncology patients
  • Providing clinical guidance to consultants, nursing staff and patients on the safe and cost-effective use of cancer medications
  • Leading on chemotherapy provision and ensuring compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards
  • Supporting the development of innovative oncology services and business opportunities
  • Driving evidence-based practice and participating in clinical audits
  • Managing medication movement, stock control, and the safe storage and application of oncology drugs
  • Maintaining excellent communication across diverse teams and contributing to continuous improvement
What We're Looking ForEssential:
  • BSc or MSc in Pharmacy
  • Experience in Haemato-oncology
  • GPhC registration (no restrictions)
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills in complex and varied cases
  • Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and/or equivalent experience in oncology
  • Broad pharmaceutical knowledge and competency across key clinical areas
Desirable:
  • Experience delivering specialist oncology pharmacy services
  • A track record of working closely with consultants and clinical teams
  • Involvement in developing new services and business opportunities
  • Skills in clinical auditing, innovation, and stock management
