- Create compelling written content across a range of channels - including, but not limited to, newsletters, blog posts, websites, and in-studio marketing materials (e.g., iPads, boards, posters) - that establishes a bold and easily recognisable tone of voice for the brands.
- Create visually striking content that can be used across in-person and online channels that embodies the distinct visual identity of the separate brands.
- Analyse performance metrics and engagement rates to refine strategy and maximise impact.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing activations, including sourcing materials, organising printing, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute events that resonate with the brand’s target audience.
- Manage event promotions across all channels, ensuring clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor trends, campaigns, and initiatives within the boutique fitness and wellness industry to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Be on top of relevant news stories and the wider world agenda and suggest timely, reactive content that responds to current events, but maintains the strong brand identity of the group.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.
- Support a contracted Digital Marketing Agency by assisting in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Track ad performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support the Social Media Manager with content creation, ideation and execution to provide a clear and concise message across all brand channels.
- Support the Brand Partnerships Manager with sourcing and maintaining partner relations, assisting with partner events and wider partner initiatives that support business objectives and lead to long term growth.
- Support the Head of Marketing compile reports on the success of campaigns and marketing efforts to present to Senior Leadership Team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 year's experience in a generalist marketing/communications or PR role, either in the fitness and wellness industry or from a disruptive, challenger brand.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (eg Xplor Technologies, Klavio) and G-Suite related apps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for the health, fitness and wellness space is a must!
- Prior experience in Graphic Design
