We are currently looking for a passionate and committed junior sous chef to work across different sections of the kitchen to deliver a fresh, high quality food offer for day-to-day service along with a variety of private & corporate events.
Working with local suppliers, the team make everything fresh daily, and use seasonal ingredients.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in preparing and cooking with fresh, seasonal produce in a very busy kitchen
- Knowledge of cakes, pastries and breads
- Experience and skills across all kitchen sections
- A "can do" attitude
- Common sense
- Stamina
- Organisational flair & flexibility
