Junior Sous Chef
We are currently looking for a passionate and committed junior sous chef to work across different sections of the kitchen to deliver a fresh, high quality food offer for day-to-day service along with a variety of private & corporate events.
Working with local suppliers, the team make everything fresh daily, and use seasonal ingredients.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in preparing and cooking with fresh, seasonal produce in a very busy kitchen
  • Knowledge of cakes, pastries and breads
  • Experience and skills across all kitchen sections
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Common sense
  • Stamina
  • Organisational flair & flexibility
To work day time hours with occasional evenings on a rota basis, according to the needs of the business. Will include some weekends.
