The role of Sales Administration Manager is a new addition to the team, with the focus of maximising people, resources and systems to add salesThe role of Sales Administration Manager is a diverse role and will give plenty of opportunities to fully immerse yourself into all areas of the business and support the business with their growth plans.Key responsibilities will include.
- Maximise project opportunities from external databases - download and coordinate who should be following up on them and tracking all tasks completed.
- Managing new opportunities on workflow management system and tracking who is dealing with them.
- Be a super user of external project tracking software to understand how to gain the right opportunities
- Working closely with estimating and sales team including managers in these departments
- Produce all reports on project pipeline, opportunities won and lost.
- Gain market insights understand business has been lost and changes that can be made
- Be a part of the project team for a new CRM system coming in next year and become a super user
- Senior level administration experience
- Experience with setting up and monitoring systems
- Advanced user of all Microsoft applications
- Strong influencing skills and communication
