- Support senior colleagues to improve EBITDA performance through strong contract and supplier management.
- Provide input into commercialisation of new products (including 5G opportunities) and support implementation alongside our B2B partner.
- Act as day-to-day contact for Mobile Network Operations, supporting commercial reviews and relationship management, and escalation of risks/issues to senior colleagues.
- Build an excellent working relationship with them that drives value, while ensuring all contracted responsibilities have been carried out
- Work cross functionally with Technology, Legal, Property, Finance and others to ensure aligned delivery of commercial outcomes.
- Monitor the wider IT and Telecoms industry to identify trends and new opportunities and understand the regulatory environment. Develop and champion business cases to gain internal support and investment.
- Deliver the strategic plan that will enhance the commercialisation of 5G technology, including how we can streamline relationships with B2C telecoms providers as a consequence.
- Experience in contract and stakeholder management is essential.
- Experience in supporting delivery of high-value commercial contracts, ideally in telecoms, digital infrastructure or a related field.
- Strong commercial and financial skills with experience of revenue tracking, forecasting, and budget monitoring to support commercial portfolio.
- Experience in supporting contract negotiations, including preparation of commercial positions and analysis to inform decision making.
- Experience in monitoring supplier delivery against KPIs/SLAs.
- Ability to build excellent working relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and/or telecoms commercial agreements.
- Knowledge of Heathrow capital governance model and/or technology processes is desirable.
- Awareness of cellular, fixed and wireless networking telephony and applicable regulations is desirable.
